AVAILABILITY
Whilst every effort is made to ensure accuracy of prices and availability of the titles featured on this Site, this cannot be guaranteed and prices and availability information may change without notice. Should any part of your order be out of stock, you will be given the opportunity to substitute, cancel or wait until the item/s are re-stocked.
SHIPPING
Shipping costs are based on weight and size. We normally process orders within 24-36 hours of receipt, depending on the time the order is received but this is not guaranteed and may be affected by holidays etc. You will receive confirmation of dispatch of your order via email. We cannot be held liable for delays that are outside our control.
To keep costs to a minimum, our UK packet charge is for second class to arrive within 3-4 working days. Orders over 1Kg have to go standard parcel rate. International orders are sent by 'printed papers' airmail, taking about 3-5 days for Europe and 4-8 days Worldwide . For larger orders overseas, cheaper surface mail can be arranged. This takes 8 - 12 weeks, depending on destination. Express and first class delivery can also be arranged. Contact us to arrange the surcharge.
TAXES
No taxes apply to any goods sold by APA
RETURNS POLICY
By law customers in the EU have the right to cancel an order within seven working days of receipt. You do not have to give a reason for cancelling the order.
The only circumstance in which you cannot withdraw your order is where you have taken the goods you have ordered out of the sealed package in which they were delivered. To withdraw your order you must notify APA in writing at the address on our contact page.
If you have received the goods before you withdraw your order then, unless you have lost your right to withdraw because you have taken the goods out of their sealed package, you must send them back to APA’s return address at your own cost and risk, unless the goods were supplied faulty or damaged.
Once you have notified APA that you are withdrawing your order, any sum debited to APA from your credit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order.
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or, in accordance with our returns policy, because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us. We will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.
